Our unique team building seminar is designed to increase confidence, communication, and teamwork, all while participating in a hands-on learning experience aboard the Latitude Adjustment. Team members will learn the importance of communication while learning how to skipper a 36 foot sailboat on the beautiful Monterey Bay. Each member of the team will learn various aspects of sailing. They will then relay to their co-workers their new knowledge. Together your team will navigate the open waters of Monterey Bay.

Our 36 foot Hunter Sailboat is a rare John Cherubini design edition. Outfitted with a high performance Kevlar Main, furling jib, and high performance spinnaker. While onboard you will also enjoy lunch and refreshments.  Latitude Adjustment is berthed at the site of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute at Moss Landing, California on picturesque Monterey Bay.
